SoftGaze is designed to be local-first. The app does not collect personal data, does not track you, does not use advertising identifiers, and does not send analytics to third parties.
Data stored on your device
Session history, comfort check-ins, reminders, safety preferences, favorites, and on-device aggregate analytics are stored locally on your device. You can delete app data from within SoftGaze settings or by removing the app from your device.
Data collection
SoftGaze does not collect contact information, health data, identifiers, location, user content, browsing history, diagnostics, or usage data from the app.
Tracking
SoftGaze does not track users across apps or websites and does not use third-party advertising SDKs.
Medical boundary
SoftGaze provides wellness routines for eye relaxation, screen breaks, and visual comfort. It is not medical advice and does not replace care from an ophthalmologist, optometrist, or other licensed clinician.
