Before using SoftGaze
SoftGaze is a wellness app, not a medical product. Stop using the app and seek care if you experience sudden vision loss, flashes, floaters, a curtain over vision, severe pain, injury, chemical exposure, or any new worrying symptom.
Common help topics
- Use Settings in the app to review privacy, safety, and medical-boundary information.
- Keep using prescribed glasses, contact lenses, medication, and care plans unless your clinician tells you otherwise.
- Outdoor sunning routines should only be used with eyes closed, indirect light, and no discomfort.
